How it Works

Prepare: Slightly squeeze the flexible curved arms together.
Insert: Lift your tongue and place the arms under it, sliding them as far back as possible.
Secure: Release the arms so they touch your lower gums. Relax your tongue and close your lips (not your teeth) around the stem

Engage: Move your tongue around (side-to-side or circular).
Timing: Continue these activities for at least one minute and repeat them at least 3 times a day or as often as needed.
Remove: Squeeze the arms together to detach them from your gums, then gently pull the device out.
Clean: Rinse with soap and water; store in a clean, dry place.
